Recently saw an old video of Adam Lanza (school shooter) playing dance dance revolution really well. I had seen it forever ago but recently stumbled on it again. Without context it’s just some skinny kid crushing it at DDR. But, with hindsight its one of the most uncomfortable videos to watch I can think of. So, media of any kind that isn’t inherently a problem but with additional context becomes freaky.
The earlier videos from Ember’s Ghost Squad on YouTube. Largely innocuous videos from a fan of a Danny Phantom character who would end up committing a mass shooting at their job.
Yoteslaya as well. Didn’t commit a mass shooting, but suddenly stopped uploading, and it came out that they ended up playing chicken with a train, and losing. Iirc there were 4 people in the car?
