For some reason it’s always been “Landlord vs. tenant late with the rent” for me. If it involves the phrase “Are you sure there’s no other way I can pay the rent” I’m in lol (btw… looking at the community guidelines in here your post might be more at home in Ask Lemmy NSFW).
