Do you have any particular preferences, and if there’s a particular reason - why? Small shop beans roasted on demand, or maybe larger brands like Lavazza and the likes?
Are there any neat little known facts about the beans (or the brand) that you prefer?
Very light roast is my first and most important preference. and I really like the beans I get from Olympia Coffee in Washington state.
Beyond that I don’t care much, but I do find beans from African countries tend to be my favorinte in terms of aroma and flavor, but I’ve never really disliked coffee based on where the beans come from
