Head tracking is a gamechanger for flying or driving games. I’ve used opentrack successfully with Star Citizen via lutris but have been struggling to get it working for steam games. LookPilot seems to work well and is fairly cheap but isn’t FOSS. I know there are loads of other alternatives so I’m wondering what have you found that works well?

I use TrackIR.
To play a flight sim, I have to connect a joystick, throttle, pedals, and TrackIR. My throttle is a part of a HOTAS that’s so old and obscure, driver installation on Windows 10 can be tricky. So I don’t want to attempt to get all this gear running on Linux. So I keep Win10 on an SSD and hang my head in shame.
“old and obscure” tends to be where Linux shines. It’s possible the driver is already in-kernel. What is it?
I have a TrackIR for American Truck Sim, and I’ve just not played it since switchinf to Linux. I’m waiting for the Steam Frame ro release so I can switch to that
