Alma negra process. Usually buy local, but dabble with interesting light roasts from around the country occasionally. This is from Massachusetts and really good. Easy to brew / forgiving and cassis wasn’t on my SCA flavor wheel and I had to look up what it was, but I consistently got a nice blackberry hit up front from this.
