Slowly progressing with my cardigan. Pretty proud of my progress considering it’s a very busy time at work for me, which leaves me drained in the evenings.
I bound off the body tonight. Sleeves are next, which I like to do two at a time. Then the button bands (and finally choosing some buttons) and it’ll be finished! I’m debating what buttons would look best with this color. Wood? Black? Painted with flowers or birds or something? I’ll have to decide soon, and I’m open to ideas.

Wow, nice! I love this color! About how long would you guesstimate it took you to get this far? Personally I think a button with a bit of sparkle/flair would look super cute! Like maybe silver/gold, a pearlized or metallic teal to match the yarn, or black with glitter! The flower button idea is super fun, too, especially if you could find ones that are shaped like flowers! Haha. Congrats on all your progress! :)
I love the idea for black glitter or flower shaped buttons! I started it on August 17. Best guess is I’ve spent 25-30 hours on it so far. A couple of times in the garter section I accidentally switched to stockinette, so I had to tink back and fix those which slowed my progress.
