Lemmy has it’s share of trolls, but we also have our share of russian propaganda trying to influence our election. This specific moderator of a very large Lemmy community (LateStageCapitalism) has been posting “democrats are actually the fascists!” memes, while banning/censoring everyone who speaks out in favor of the very people attempting to thwart the literal fascist regime in power right now.
Yeah totally, as compared to the authoritarian communist movement in the USA, which is never performative, but rather large, influential, and about to defeat the fascists
