I also try to. But those shirts are 100% cotton and a fair bit thicker than what you get from other brands. They remind of pre-enshittified Carhartt shirts. They’re kinda hard to pass up over something you can cut off in a minute or two.
checkout shirtspace, or any site that lets you order shirts to print on. They’re usually a few dollars each and you can get them in bulk in different colors. Different fabrics, styles, weights, etc. Literally shopping for tshirts by specs instead of look.
I wish I was, then I could buy more of their shirts. You want to hear about other stuff I’m a shill for? Too bad if you don’t. If you haven’t already invest in a bidet, they’re like $30 and are a massive game changer in b-hole cleaning.
Don’t be so cynical, lemmy doesn’t have the traffic. This could just be someone sharing info. I need 100% cotton shirts for work safety (I work around sparks, they’ll melt/fuse to plastic clothes) and they get harder to find every year. My coworkers and i talk about this stuff more than you might think and none of us are getting paid
Tshirtwholesaler, try a few different shirt brands and styles out. There’s so many that are plain white (or color) tees, only potential branding is against your neck on the inside of the shirt. I actually dontind having something there, because sometimes someone’s like “Hey, what kind of shirt is that, it’s soft, I like the cut, it wears nice,” and then I direct them to the tag or print at the inside collar for information.
Heh heh, my cousin was the same way, they were like: is the logo itchy? Does it make the socks less comfy? But I was like: look, I know the way I think, I know that when I wake up and get dressed I don’t want a bunch of corporate logos screaming in my face, it’s just the way my mind works.
Some shoes like the air force type shoes when it’s the same colour feel more subtle because it only looks like a logo if you recognise it. But most nike stuff it just doesn’t incorporate well at all
I wish it was only a desirable brand problem. I used to get Skechers and not only have they gotten way too expensive for what they are (like, stay in your lane you’re basically Payless Shoesource) but they put a bunch of tiny labels on their “propriety technology” now. Look at these ugly things. https://www.skechers.com/skechers-slip-ins-go-walk-workout-walker/217196_OLV.html
I just avoid purchasing clothing with visible branding

Bronson Mfg has some good solid shirts that are 100% cotton.
You were paid for this post we must presume

You’re not joking…mine was 50 but hands down the best money I’ve spent in the bathroom
How much money have you spent in the bathroom, exactly?
Just in tissue paper? Soooooooooooooo much money. Well used to now I just pay a couple extra cents in water
You can say bunghole on the internet, huh huh.
It was short for bumhole obviously.
Sorry “Booty hole” was the correct answer. Thank you for playing.
Well, I get my thick shirts from

And for about the same price too. Thanks, I’ll have to try one out some time.

Hmmmm, sounds like advertising…
Sometimes they’re sneaky and hide the branding. Like I bought some socks and the logo was not visible without opening the package.
(so I gave them to my cousin, he was like: whatever, free socks.)
Very smart, giving money to a company and not using their product because it has a logo nobody will ever see…

Fair enough, good for your cousin, too.
It’s clothing too, but some Nike shoes really, really, REALLY want you to KNOW, they ARE, in fact, Nike shoes.
YOU FORGOT THE SWOOSH BITCH you can almost hear the child laborers yelling at me.

yeah I agree, I like subtlety on some of them.

But so do the knockoffs
I would buy so much more tourist merch if they didn’t plaster the location and branding all over it.
