President Donald Trump on Monday called on New Mexico to change its name to “New America” — the latest example of him seeking geographical name changes that fit his political agenda.

At some point he was told patriotism or some like thing polls well and his dementia addled brain locked onto it. On some level he understands he’s dying, wants to leave his mark and can’t get away with naming everything Trump as he’s done his whole life, so “America” it is.
Well to be honest he probably wants to name after Himself but even his most loyalists followers refuse to do that. They probably told him that when he wins they will do just that.
