I have finished watching Star Trek Next Generation and Deep Space 9 following a friend’s recommendation. I enjoyed both shows and started watching the other one, Star Trek Voyager.
So far, I’m not finding it as enjoyable as the other two. I want to try to see it through the eyes of someone who enjoys the show, maybe it will also help me understand why it feels different somehow.

snw isnteven that good compared to even enterprise series, the actors tried to hard to act. LD and prodigy is better as a post-nemesis nutrek than the 3 series. most of them followed the same formula that kurtzman did with the other 2 shows. have a big bad at the end of the series only to drop them the next season, rinse and repeat, or just marginilized the whole season,. theres also very little connection with the actors/bridge crew with the viewers, that tng, enterprise and ds9 had. those people just cant really act very well. aside from anson mount.
