It is the biggest expense most if us have any control over, after all, and it’s easy to pay too much for stuff you don’t even enjoy simply because it has become a ritual. Ignoring the randos, people have to decide themselves if what they spend on groceries is worth it to them, but they actually need to stop and think about it.
