I’ve been babysitting some friends’ kid and she loves bouncing on the bed. To keep her engaged, we’ve been adding modified WWE moves (based on my hazy memories of watching in a friend’s basement a quarter century ago.)
For example, “people’s elbow” she will listen for the crowd, double tap the elbow and fling herself down, or her “Nature Girl” (Ric Flair) she’ll do a funny walk, give a big WOOO and fling herself down. She doesn’t connect it to any violence and I like it that way. Anyway, I remember some wrestlers having extravagant warm ups or preludes to a move, any of those could be amazing.
Any suggestions, real or just fun, easy to remember/act routines would be appreciated!
Thanks!

When my kids were little we wrestled all the time. They loved getting picked up, spun around and fake piledrived!
Oh yeah, she loves being picked up and thrown! About half of her wrestling moves end with “oh no, she’s getting picked up by the feet! What is that maniac going to do to her? He’s not going to throw her by the feet is he? No! Someone has to stop this OH NO THERE SHE GOOOOOOES!”
I’ve choke slammed my niece and nephew. They’re at the age where they have enough arm strength to hold my arm coupled with me supporting them from the back/butt that there’s no pressure on their neck. The most dangerous aspect is making sure they wait their damn turns. When I pick one up the other sees the newly freed up space and decides that’s a much better spot to get my attention so I know they want to be thrown again…
