How can that even be a thing? Miscarriages happen all the time

I’ll give this a try. I played around with a docker image, I got until having two test users (with docker commands…) that couldn’t find each other unless referred by the exact user name, same for “public” rooms that were not discoverable, I hope this will be more straightforward

Some years ago there was a fake ad on that, but even then I couldn’t decide if that was a joke or a market test

I tried it yesterday with a docker homeserver, it seems like if I log in from a new device all the previous chats are possibly lost if I can’t verify the user?

Also user management seems to be a bit of a mess to me (although I didn’t spend much time with that, so I could be wrong)
