He looks good next to the guy who invaded Iraq and the guy who is currently bombing Iran.
Pretty sure US sanctions did that.
As far as loyalty is concerned, I think having your president kidnapped and his replacement give us the rights to your oil for 100 years while our deranged leader tells the UN general assembly its ours by right of conquest kinda shows the importance of making sure everyone at high levels is loyal.
