Do you have kids? “Because I said so” doesn’t usually come out of nowhere. It’s a response of frustration, usually because that conversation has been had multiple times already.

I appreciate the effort put into this but if answering yes to “are you new to Linux?” leads to the follow up question “apt or rpm?” then there’s a problem.

I really like that the link at the bottom of the page says “check out more stuff you should be using” but that URL takes you to a page where the curl article is the only link.
