Yeah, I can’t even imagine! That would be so sick interacting with everything in the cockpit

Honestly, I am most excited to come back to VTOL VR with some friends, one of which who hand-makes missions for us.
Also interested in H3VR 2, and a bunch of Flat2VR ports. Zelda BOTW, jedi knight academy, quake, half life 2, halo 3 and odst (first playthrough of ODST!), no man’s sky and robocop. I have a lot more I am interested in, but those are the main ones

I can’t cite a good source, apologies.
From what I heard, it was just referencing LTT’s experience with the Steam Link software (which was recorded before a round of linux-specific updates to improve it, afaik). Although, the reddit post cited in this github discussion says that Linus is just straight up wrong, so hopefully it just works!

I have heard that they haven’t quite nailed down the foveated streaming from Linux pc’s yet, which is what they may be referring to.

Just english thumb key with symbols for me. There is a layout with a compose key to make accents like you would on an international keyboard (compose+a+`) or (compose+s+s), but I don’t use it personally

Also fan of thumb key. so easy without looking
sudo topgrade for me, it just does it all

Few inches is certainly too close-- I am not saying to go until you can see the white of the driver’s eyes in the rear view mirror, but a whole two car lengths is too much at a stop light
Granted, if you are stopping following the rules of the book and you are in a car with one of those absurdly high hoods (to the point where almost a dozen children can sit in front of your car and you can’t see them), then it is still a huge distance.

The thing that is pissing me off recently is that when people stop at a light with wayy too much room in between their car and the one in front of them. I think it is a byproduct of many drivers not being able to visualize how large their car is Like seriously, most people leave enough room to fit an extra car or two at the stopped light. Imo it contributes heavily to how many cars can actually pass at a green light, and it makes traffic so much worse.

Give it a shot with the mods after you finish the game (+dlc) too, a lot of them are great! I tried the archipelago randomizer today along with ship enhancements on max random difficulty, it is a wild time.
Also wanted to rec a game like Lorn’s Lure, White Knuckle, or Idols of Ash (fair warning, I picked up the last one just yesterday, but it is pretty high rated and seems like Lorn’s Lure which I had a great time with). Those are unrelated to Outer Wilds, but didn’t want to leave multiple comments

Followup question, if you don’t mind! What still needs to be maintained on the Win32 system on behalf of the Fedora maintainers? If everyone has moved on from 32bit, and the old stuff doesn’t change, where is the maintenance requirement? Could we not find a “final” version and leave it static, but still available in the package manager?
Is it that packaging requirements change for different systems to keep up with hardware drivers/new package managers/kernel removing deprecated features/security vulnerability patches?
I also recommend swapping the steaming knob for a lever! pretty cheap and feels more natural to pull a lever than a knob
