what garlic crusher? i have one, but still chop them by hand, because it takes longer to wash that device, and you lose quite some amount of garlic.

        garlic crushers

Garlic crushers like these are pretty sweet and easy to clean. Mostly I just do the thing, run it under the sink to clear it out, and that’s it.

I have one like this, but it takes an annoying amount of force to use, so I rarely use it. Maybe it’s just not the best of its kind? I much prefer one of the lever-based ones. To be fair, I had some shit versions of those too before I found a good one.

The best one I’ve used is this one which holds a little more garlic than most and has a swing out grate so it’s easy to clean.
