i feel it’s 70/30 between fun/fine/neutral and awful. Though there is very little in between neutral and awful and that never has to do with the quality of the sex.
That said if it was good both sex and connection it wouldn’t end up a one-night stand so 🤷

Conditions and testing exists. Not using them is the problem behavior, not promiscuity.
Yeah but it’s manageable. Everyone in our community tests every 3 months, I also have the VPH vaccine.
The only one time I came close was 2 years ago, a friend called me and said she had gonorrea and I had to get tested. I didn’t have it but the chance was low anyway because I never have intercourse without condom. Even in relationships I don’t. I only do oral without. Condoms don’t bother me and I like the slightly reduced sensitivity so I can go longer and edging becomes easier. I even use condoms with toys.
The HPV vaccine I did want to get because it’s high risk now, there’s two variants which often cause cancer. And condoms don’t fully prevent it.
So anyway it’s very manageable if you’re not careless.

I like it. It’s fun, sometimes you make a real connection and it feels really good. Sometimes not and it’s meh. But still it beats sitting at home alone.
I do really like to take my time though. Which can be an issue because surprisingly many people really want quickies.
For me it’s not right if I don’t spend at least an hour on foreplay, teasing etc. Chatting. Give an erotic massage, go down etc. I even like that better than intercourse. There’s nothing wrong with them as long as they are consensual. You spend a few hours with someone who you like. You both treat sex as a pleasant activity. Not a big emotional drama. You fuck. It’s fun. And then it’s over.
You have a few drinks with someone that you are meeting for the first time. You could go to a movie. But why not just fuck. Costs less and much more fun
