Hi for some reason, i write like i am having a stroke, sorry for that. still not sure how to communicate the type of taste though

I haven’t related to a feeling so much in recent time

I power the computer, launch terminal(htop), text editor, obsidian, webapps, firefox, reddit(webapps)lemmy(webapps),tumblr(webapps) youtube(webapps) and all their bookmark managers and then 20 mins in, the computer crashes

I recognize i have a problem here but i am not sure what exactly it is and what the solution look like. How do you all browse on PCs and how do you deal with the fear of missing out(what i assume is happening here)? How much is too much?

I use the tasting smell as example of not feeling the tastein your mouth. I am struggling to think of examples now but lets say you have a liquid medicine that without even tasting it, the smell tells you it taste bad.
