I just started psyllium husk about 3 weeks ago more for satiation, cholesterol and as a prebiotic but man, I don’t think I’ve ever had better poops, stuff is insane
Legit get some Metamucil/psyllium husks in you diet, it’s so good

Fruits and vegetables get the job done as well. Your gut needs some fiber.
Just replace meat with some type of legume once, twice, or thrice a day.
Save your colon, and the planet.
Oh, and replace most of your carbs with whole grains.
Edit: and leave the skins on your potatoes!
When I went vegan I saw change in my shits within a week. Turns out animal products make shit shits!
And I don’t even eat healthy. Just no animal products.
